Served 28 years in the United States Navy, retiring as a Rear Admiral. He has vast experience in leading large organizations and has significant expertise in organizational and systems administration, project execution, and personnel management.

Frederick Smith, Vice President and Managing Partner
Possesses 31 years of experience with the United States Army in senior leadership positions. He is a specialist in strategic planning, organizational design, and legislative liaison. He has experience in managing large government industrial organizations and was instrumental in establishing some of the first public/private partnerships with the Department of Defense.

Nick Kupresin, Vice President and Managing Partner
Has 25 years of experience in industrial services and construction businesses. He is a manufacturing expert with significant business experience that creates a platform of industrial and logistics knowledge. He excels in producibility analysis with the proven ability to translate designs into reality.

Patty Kupresin, Director of Human Resources
A former educator who has owned her own small business for the past 25 years. She had broad experience in organizational operations, sales and customer relations.
